MARWA – IUD Removal Hook / Pengait IUD / IUD String Retriever

The IUD Removal Hook is a double ended instrument that is used to loop around the IUD coil and pull it through the vagin@ to the outset. The instrument has an overall length of 31 cm with a large and small hook on either side to suit surgical needs. The surgeon inserts the IUD Removal Hook through the vagin@ under appropriate anesthesia and through a pre-dilated cervix to grasp the hanging thread of the IUD which he then pulls out. All of our IUD Removal Hooks are made with premium grade surgical stainless steel and you may sterilize the instruments for repeated use.
